Ownership of the first two towers is in progress • The Marathon Nexzone, our Panvel 12-tower urban project in Phase I, has reached a major milestone with its first Certificate of Occupation (OC). Our first two towers - Zenith and Zodiac - have received OC up to floor 23 (Maha RERA Projects Zenith-1 & Zodiac-1). • We would like to thank our customers for their great support and trust in us. We are thrilled that the first 350 families have moved into their homes in our city, with the formalities of ownership and the full transfer process already underway.

  3. Getting the first OC was a very big step for this project. There are many aspects such as water, electricity, etc. that need to be prepared to get a certificate. So getting OC means all these basic stuff is now available. This puts us in an excellent position to complete the next phase on schedule, as most of these requirements have been officially verified. • The Marathon Nexzone is moving forward strongly today. We already have more than 2,000 customers who are part of this project and the community is getting stronger every day. Great progress has been made in construction, with 10 towers already completed up to the 25th floor. • Nexzone is off NH4B. arteries

With significant progress being made in the new airport (only 10 minutes from Nexzone) and other major infrastructure projects such as Trans Harbor Sea Link, CST-Panvel AC rail line, etc. already underway, the future looks bright without light for the Nexzone marathon. • Come and see for yourself the incredible progress we have made.
