  2. About Korlym Korlym is an efficient medicine used as an abortion pill in the early part of pregnancy. Active salt of Korlym known as Mifepristone exerts its action by blocking the inducing action of a pregnancy hormone, known as Progesterone, Korlym also act by dilating cervix and changing the line of uterus.
