  2. Cynthia Spalding is the Managing Partner of Spalding & Spalding, since 2000. She has represented more than 1200 worker’s compensation disability, social security disability and bankruptcy cases as well. She has great expertise and skills to tackle various cases and the right way to win over. While working for the state disability cases, she has gathered wide knowledge and gained insight for dealing with disability cases. She is very compassionate and offers a complete approach for serving the unique needs of her clients with utmost satisfaction.

  3. Being an attorney was her second career choice. Since 1994, Cynthia Spalding has been practicing law and has gathered 23 years of significant experience under her belt. During this period, for 13 years, she worked as a Worker’s Compensation Specialist for the State of California and for the employment development department. Here, she helped the unemployed and disabled workers and gradually, she gained interest in law. This prompted her to decide being a lawyer. In order to ensure outstanding litigation support for her clients, she tends to use the most sophisticated computer technology. In addition, she always keeps her clients informed about the state of their case.

She has also been admitted to the State Bar of California, Practice Law in State and Federal Courts, Practice Bankruptcy in State and Federal Courts, and Practice Social Security in Federal and State Courts. Apart from this, she believes in charity and does a lot of pro bono legal work. She even donates to her grandchildren’s program for art, music, and dance and loves to hang out with her grandchildren. She is also a voracious reader and a dog lover.
