  2. Darnell L Hinton is a fitness enthusiast known for his unique exercise programs. He aims in improving people’s fitness goals and mental well-being.

  3. He motivates individuals and groups towards workouts in weight training, aerobics, strength training, cardiovascular training, yoga and other disciplines.

  4. With experience of almost two decades, he has expertise of working in many health clubs, gyms and fitness centers. He encourages them through the daily physical work required to reach their fitness goals.

  5. Darnell L Hinton always keeps a healthy, safe and encouraging environment where he keeps a track of each member’s workout, schedules and goals.

  6. He has experience working with clients of different ages and levels of fitness, including diabetic, pregnant women, elderly and high risk populations.
