The convocation will now be held in the Institute Open Air Theatre (COS) as per the programme details given below: Novemb er 14, 20 1 8 November 1 5. 201 8 Rehearsal Convocation 05.30 PM 1 1.00 AM (Tentative) Wednesday Thursdav Students who have graduated during the year 2018 are invited to receive their Degrees in person. Participation in rehearsal is compulsory. The candidates who are to receive their Degrees/Diplomas are requested to: - (a) collect their gowns from the representative of M/s Pioneers (Regd.) who will also be available in the COS building. Th'e issue of gowns will start at2.00 PM on November 14, 2018 and will continue up to 5.00 PM during rehearsal time, gown will not be issued. (b) return their gowrrs to the representative of M/s Pioneers (Regd.) immeciiately after the closure of Convocation on November 15, 2018. M/s Pioneers will accept the return of gowns till 7.00 PM on November 15, 2018.lf you will be unable to return the gown by 7:00 PM, security amount will be forfeited.
