Step 2 • Using organic fruits and vegetables • Extract using a juicer to get vitamins • And bioflavoin/minerals • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
Step 3 • Keep filtered water ice cool • No caffeine,sugary drinks or alcohol • Drink vegetable juice and water only • To stay on the 5 day detox
Step 4 • Warm lemon water before breakfast • Drink it during your day • Quarter of a lemon in each glass • Sip it throughout the day
Step 5 • Brush your skin daily • Removes dead skin cells • Aids the elimination of toxins • Brush towards the heart • Dry brush ankles,legs • Arms and shoulders
Step 6 • Take a eucalyptus bath • Soak for 10-20 minutes • Using hot filtered water • Add glycerin and baking soda
