All members are known as flight attendants, air hostesses, flight stewards, and cabin crew members. Western India Institute of Aeronautics Pvt. Ltd. (WIIA) started the process of licensing cabin crew members in 2004 and the cabin crew training course approved by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India. Cabin crew members have many different kinds of duties including safety-related duties, providing directions to the passengers, assist passengers in stowing their baggage, and serve meals to passengers are primary duties for cabin crew members.
