  2. Introduction Whether a DISC Test or a Psychometric Test, it is necessary to use such tests to hire the best candidates for an organization. Let’s take a Psychometric Test as an example, a Psychometric Test can be divided into 3 parts: An aptitude Test, Skill Test, and Personality Test. The aptitude test matters a lot and can be further divided into 6 Tests. In this PPT, we will look at different types of Aptitude Tests in Psychometric Tests.

  4. Numeric Reasoning This test tells how a candidate will interpret data which are in the form of charts, reports, graphs and other types of statics. It shows the basic math abilities of a person.

  5. Verbal Reasoning In this, a person’s ability to form a conclusion on the basis of written information is tested.

  6. Inductive Reasoning In this, a person has to figure out the patterns a diagram is following. 6

  7. Diagrammatic Reasoning In this, a candidate’s, logical reasoning is tested with the help of flowcharts and diagrams.

  8. Logical Reasoning Logical reasoning is the most common of all tests. In this, a candidate’s skills to draw a conclusion are tested. In this test, some information is provided to a candidate, and he has to make decisions o the basis of the provided information. This test is also known as the deductive reasoning test.

  9. Error Checking In this test, a Candidate’s ability to identify errors from codes or alpha-numeric characters is tested. If a candidate can score well on these tests, he is quite fit as per technical aspects that are required in the job.
