PURPOSE THE PURPOSE OF THIS EVENT IS TO: • Assist the Trojan Club Of San Gabriel Valley to connect with the Trojan Family in the southern region of the San Gabriel Valley and Gateway Cities. • Educate the community about the various ways to support USC Student- Athletes Scholarship and Recruiting • Raise Scholarship Money for USC Alumni Club of the San Gabriel Valley

  3. Location • TRAVEL TIME FROM USC or ORANGE COUNTY is APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES • CENTRALLY LOCATED IN DOWNEY • NEAR 605, 5, 91, 105 AND THE 710 FREEWAYS

Porto’s is known for it’s delicious pastries including potato balls, guava and cheese pastries, empanadas, meat pies, and croquets to name a few.

Promotion | Marketing Event will be registered through USC’s Harris System Reservations/ Tickets will be purchased via USC’s Harris System And/ or Front Door (for additional fee) Emails will be distributed from USC Alumni Association USC Athletic Department USC Alumni Club of San Gabriel Valley Trojan Club of the San Gabriel Valley

  16. deSCriptionof Program Attendance Based on previous USC Alumni SGV events attendance for an event such as this can range from 40-100 attendees. Our goal for this event is to close off sales at 120.

Raffle | Silent Auction • There will be a few opportunities to raise funds through raffles and/ or silent auction. • These items will be donated • Proceeds will benefit the USC Alumni Club of the San Gabriel Valley items may include: • Wine Basket • (2) $100 Gift Cards to Roxy Gift Cards • Movie/ Entertainment Basket • Gift Basket with USC items For sponsorship opportunities or donations, please call: 626.USC.5184

Ambiance | Environment • Simple with Red and Gold Hues • Seeking an artist or photographer that would be willing to showcase their artwork at the event • Seeking an affordable DJ to enhance ambiance with calming music • Needed a good PA system for speaker • Table that will showcase raffle/ auction items • Information table with pamphlets from USC AA, Trojan Athletic Fund, and USC Alumni Club of SGV • Food table • bartender & beverage Corner • Rentals might include: Cocktail Table, Chairs, Lounge Chairs, etc.
