  2. WhatAnesthesiologist Do? An anesthesiologist is actually a perioperative physician, where “peri” means all-around. So, an anesthesiologist is responsible for patient care throughout the surgical experience: before, during, and after the surgery itself. An anesthesiologist also has many responsibilities outside of the surgical suite (operatingroom).

Dr. Grandhe’s Role as Provider andSupervisor In the three main centers (Bakersfield, Tulare, and Fresno), Dr. Grandhe has screening providers - including a medical doctor (MD),a nurse practitioner (NP), and a physician assistant (PA) - under Furthermore, depending on how much the community requires the services of the procedure team, CVPM employees constantly travel, sometimes daily, to cater to variouspatients.
