3. Reviews Breathtaking Views This is by far the best Lake Gaston property we've ever stayed in! The home was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We were in awe from the minute we opened the front door. The views of the lake are breathtaking, which can be seen from nearly every room in the house. We spent nearly all of our time down on the dock or doing water activities. Our nights were ?lled with watching the sunset, smores around the ?re pit and family games around the table. Of course there was a tournament or two of Corn Hole (girls beat the boys by the way :) We actually brought our 10 grandchildren, with their parents of course, and the memories we made will last a life time. The guest house is a nice addition, as our 2 teenagers went and each brought a friend. They loved having their own place to chill, away from the noise of the littles ones. We found the home very clean and John a delight to work with. We rented the pontoon boat, which we highly recommend. At another's recommendation, we took a trip on the boat over to the Marina and ordered some of their homemade breakfast biscuits. We highly recommend the biscuits as they reminded us of some good ole' country cookin'! We plan on making this a tradition now and look forward to returning next year, where many more memories on the lake will be made.
