4. Conductive Silicone Tubing Elastostar Rubber Corporation is a manufacturer of custom and standard size of conductive silicone rubber tubing and custom extruded conductive rubber profile, which is used to help in minimizing static build up EMI/RFI shielding and many other applications.

Silicone Rubber Sheet We can manufacture silicone rubber sheet in any of the following qualities: standard insulating silicone (VMQ), conductive silicone, vapor resistant silicone, fluorosilicone (FVMQ), very high temperature silicone (THT), very low temperature silicone (PMVQ), platinum silicone, FDA approved silicone for foodstuff contact (CFR21 section 177.2600), and medical-grade silicone complying with USP class VI.

7. Sponge Silicone Extruded Products Silicone sponge extrusions have excellent resistance to temperature, UV light and ozone. They are also anti-stick and approved for food contact. Elastostar offer’s a range of standard profiles (shown below) and can manufacture many others from samples or drawings.

8. Inflatable Rubber Seals Silicone inflatable rubber seals: are manufactured from high strength FDA approved silicone. The seal is supplied deflated. When air pressure is applied, the seal expands to meet the sealing face. When the pressure is released, the seal returns to its relaxed position. All seals can be individually pressure tested and can be supplied with certification to ensure complete trace-ability if required.

Braided Hose, also allows excellent bend radii and permits installation in restricted spaces with impeding flow.
