Follow these steps for Linksys RE6500 extender setup: • Connect your extender to an electrical outlet to set up the RE6500 repeater. • your Linksys RE6500 on. • On your wireless device, such as a laptop or smartphone, go to the WIFI Settings. • Connect with Linksys RE6500 Setup network. • Visit the extender.linksys.com or 192.168.1.1 website in any web browser. • You are now on the login page. Select “Start Setup” from the menu. • Now adhere to the detailed instructions that will appear on the screen. • The repeater and your home router or modem are now successfully connected. • To get good connectivity, unplug the booster and place it at your desired location.
