  2. Step 1: Open Norton 360 antivirus and Click on settings.

  3. Step 2: Click on Firewall

  4. Step 3: Click on Program Rules

  5. Step 4: Click on Add

  6. Step 5: Choose Akruto Sync and click on open

  7. Step 6: Choose Allow always and click on OK

  8. Step 7: Confirm that Akruto Sync looks in the list of important programs and that “Access” column displays “Allow”
