In order to manage their patients' behavior and health, offer support through convenient access to behavioral health treatment, or simply for general mental health management, mental health clinicians and related staff employ mental health management systems. Because mobile apps for mental health have distinct demands and realities than standard healthcare apps, developing solutions for mental health management calls for a new methodology. To begin with, the conservation effort surrounding mental health was challenging. A sizeable percentage of those in need of mental health and emotional support chose not to ask for assistance. However, in recent years, campaigners and well-known figures have made a significant effort to normalize discussing one's hardships.

  3. The topic of one's mental health is now openly discussed. So much so that intentional positive portrayals have started to appear in TV series and films. It is reasonable to state that, for the most part, the stigma associated with mental health has disappeared.
