Envecon wins an IFS ERP implementation project for a Container Depot Operator in Mexico.<br><br>Project scope includes IFS Applications implementation covering business solutions for Finance , Procurement and Inventory.<br>Envecon will leverage on its vast experience of IFS Applications implementation in Ports and Terminals to streamline operations with optimisation of Terminals resources. Project delivery will be based on Envecon’s tried and tested IFS Implementation methodology which is based on Prince2 Project management methodology. Project will be executed in hybrid mode of onsite and offsite implementation.
