  1. Realizing Realizing W Why Green Building are Important hy Green Building are Important As a Green Building consultant in UAE, I know a green building is a comprehensive idea that begins with realizing that the built environment may have tremendous positive and harmful consequences on both the natural environment and the people who live in buildings daily. While many definitions of green building exist, it is generally accepted to be the planning, design, construction, and operation of buildings with several central, foremost considerations: energy use, water use, indoor environmental quality, material section, and the building's effects on its site. Green construction is an endeavor to accentuate the good and decrease the negative impacts of these factors over a building's entire life cycle. Names such as sustainable building, high-performance building, and green construction are used interchangeably to express the same thing. At the same time, there are some variations with somewhat different meanings. Natural construction, for example, is a sustainable structure that uses solely raw building materials. In our role as a Green Building consultant in UAE, sustainable design includes green architecture. Still, it also addresses challenges ranging from micro (sustainable furniture design) to macro (sustainable urban planning). As a Green Building consultancy in UAE, we understand that green buildings are designed with energy-efficient designs (for example, passive homes utilize super-insulation and other measures to ensure a tight building envelope and low energy usage). Clean energy processes, such as geothermal and solar PV systems, are also commonly employed in sustainable building. Water conservation is included in the design through low-flow toilets, greywater systems, and xeriscaping. The emphasis is initially on minimizing the water demand (for example, low-flow toilets) and then dealing with water after it has been used (for example, greywater irrigation). Water collecting systems such as rainwater harvesting are also crucial in sustainable construction. Let us now look at why becoming green is so crucial. Most individuals will discover that turning green can minimize their carbon footprint and benefit the environment. You may go green in various ways,

  2. but builders and construction workers must also do their share. If you still need to start turning green, there are several different things you can do to help you get started. You don't have to dive in headlong and may take small steps along the way. As a Green Building consultancy in UAE, green buildings are built to have a lower overall impact on the environment and human health. As a Green Building consultant in UAE, I know green building advantages can vary from environmental to economic to social. New technologies are constantly being created to supplement current methods in developing greener structures. We can maximize ecological and financial performance by using more naive techniques. According to research, higher indoor air quality with low CO2 and pollutant concentrations and high ventilation rates can lead to a 7% improvement in performance. The environment is considered throughout design, building, and operation, allowing adaptation to a changing climate.
