  1. Warming Up and Stretching Warming Up Warming up is crucial before any variety of exercise. It protects the body from injury and heats it up. it's place along essential as a results of it provides aerated blood to the various areas thus on prepare them for exercise. Warming up can take the form of sunshine effort, standing exercises, athletics etc. Stretching helps in increasing the property of the body and avoiding overextension injuries. Since the muscles and tendons unit versatile, stretching helps in extending them to their extreme so as that they're doing not come below undue stress throughout exercise inflicting strains and sprains.
