Stretching • The Stretching play an important part in the health in order to manage the flexibility • How many times have you noticed someone shows minutes before their league game start, touch their toes, bend over, run in place for two seconds, and then scream, I’m ok ready • Some of them were not doing hamstring, a few minutes before enters in the game, that is why they hurt • If they take five minutes stretch, then there are some chances to avoid injuries • The most frequent idea is that stretching or not stretching before the activity, is importantly connected to the injury

Stretching continue… • Poor flexibility may lead to injury • The static stretching immediately before physical activity will reduce your muscle strength • Performing static stretches routine three times in a week is enough • A Stretching routine is just not something to rush before the league; it is the long term investment to get into flexibility • Yes, stretching is really important factor which contribute to an injury

Warming Up • Inconsistent warm up when before participating in the event might lead to acute Injuries • A proper warm up will increase your muscle strength, heart rate, blood flow and everything goes well • The warm up makes muscles more elastic and increases joint range of movement, hence making them less prostate to injury

Warming Up continues… • Usually, a cold muscle not going to bend, and stretch as well as a warm muscle that might lead to injury • Warming up can be simple and low strength cardiovascular activity • The idea behind is to get the body slowly gain heart rate and increase the level of body temperature over a 15 minutes period
