ABOUT SUPPORTING ORGANISATOON FUNDACJA ROZWOJU SPOŁECZEŃSTWA PRZEDSIĘBIORCZEGO Fundacja Rozwoju Społeczeństwa Przedsiębiorczego (FRSP) was founded in August 2014 in Wola town,Silesia region,Poland. Youth is our main target group. Volunteering is very important field of our mission. We do help young people to get first individual experiences and help others by that. Thanks to it we combine two fields of activities: work and social activation. We available Polish youngsters to go abroad to volunteer or participate in Youth Exchanges. We also provides such an opportunity for youngsters from other countries by hosting volunteers and do coordinate institutions which are also hosting organization for foreign volunteers. ABOUT HOSTING ORGANISATION WILD FOUNDATION - DEMOCRATIC WILD SCHOOL The main goal of the Wild Foundation is to promote educational movements which in their assumptions have democratic and libertarian ideas, as well as broadly understood activities for the family. The main project of the Wild Foundation is the Wild School - Democratic School in Tychy. Wild School - Democratic school in Tychy is a place for children fulfilling their school duty outside the school, i.e. remaining in the so- called home education. Our goal is to create a safe environment for all of us and create situations conducive to the development of a child around the idea of democratic education, i.e. education based on responsibility and conscious learning of their own free will, in a community of equal rights and mutual respect.

WHERE? Tychy, one of the largest cities of the Silesian province. Tychy is green - parks, squares and TYCHY historical Pszczyna Princes’ forests, famous for their extraordinary diversity of flora and fauna, constitute more than half of the surface of the city. A multitude of outdoor locations, as well as the proximity of Lake Paprocański and many ponds, provide ideal conditions for leisure and relaxation in the beautiful surroundings.
VOLUNTEER'S ACTIVITIES The target group is: primary schools kids as well as hisgh school students. The volunteer will have a following tasks: Assistance in school activities: nature, sports, theater, music, art, language, IT, manual, including carpentry, Assistance in supervising individual projects of children participating in school democratic, Assistance during field trips and excursions, Assistance school events organization - picnics, charity actions, cooperation in the Days School Open Days, co-creation of event scenarios, decorations, school community auctions. Organizing meetings to promote the language and culture of the volunteer (dishes, customs, holidays, music, dances), English and volunteer's homecountry language classes,
VOLUNTEER'S ACTIVITIES The task will be also: Work on behalf of the school (decorating, minor repair work, creation of workshops specialized, teaching materials, beautification of the school, e.g. in the form of murals, etc.). Developing a natural playground. Helping to create a herb and vegetable garden. Searching and informing the school community about opportunities to participate in interesting events in the region and surroundings Preparing posts and videos promoting international volunteering and rationing the volunteer'sstay in our facility, Own volunteer's ideas, Promoting European Solidarity Corps Programme
PROFILE OF THE VOLUNTEER: Our ideal volunteer should be socially committed, willing to work for the benefit of the local community, open-minded, communicative and not afraid of the challenges brought by international cooperation. A person who: • enjoy being in nature and for whom the values of sustainability are important, • like children and working with children, • show interest and curiosity in alternative educational methods and approaches based on an individual relationship with the child, • are creative and open-minded and have passions and interests that they want to share with children, • with own idea for the implementati on of volunteering. • with communicative level of English language, • Extra skills, interests and hobbies that he/she could share with children and young people, • Driving licence category B,
