E-poster Guidelines The following slides have some advice and guidelines to help you prepare your e-poster for Dioxin 2011
Guidelines • E-posters should be prepared using the following guidelines: • PowerPoint file, of 4:3 template • Maximum file size 15Mb • Text of point size 18 and above • Maximum of 6 slides - a title slide is mandatory (including authors, affiliations etc) • Animations are possible and will be retained • Videos can be added, up to 10Mb • You can use your own template (colour/theme etc)
Submission • You should submit your poster at: • http://e-posters.flexmax.eu/submit/2011/dioxin2011/ • If you would like your e-poster to be included on the USB which all participants will receive, you must submit by Friday 5 August • You must use the abstract number sent to you by email when submitting
Late submissions • E-posters not uploaded in time to be included on the USB can be uploaded at the conference • Updated presentations can also be replaced during the conference (this will of course not apply to those on the USB)
At the conference…. • E-posters will be shown on 26" touch screens • Participants can search e-posters by author, number, poster title and keyword • There is also the possibility to comment on the posters. These comments are then sent to the author by email • When the screens are not in use, they scroll automatically through all of the e-posters
