Overview of DSC Online in India DSC online in India is issued by the Certifying Authority; it is a secure digital key used to verify the identity of the person or entity who is holding a DSC(Digital Signature Certificate). It uses public key encryption to generate the signatures and contains the signatures in digital format. The DSC contains information about the user's name, pin code, residence, email ID, date of certificate issue and name of certified authority.
