VA Loan program is designed to help veterans to own a house. Eligibility requirements for a VA Loan are: Qualification for the loan depends upon having satisfactory credit score, income levels and appraised value of the property. 01 02 To be eligible for the loan, a person has to be an active duty service member of military.
