  2. Flotron can generate 3D CAD files of proposed solutions and export them in STEP file format for customers to utilize in their internal design review process and to check for potential interferences between their payload and the Flotron. www.flotron.com

  3. Flotron Engineering utilizes a finite element modeling software (ANSYS) and we consider a simultaneous dynamic loading condition of 0.5g horizontal and a 1.0g vertical for both stress and stability in addition to SFy = 3 and SFu = 5. www.flotron.com

  4. Whenever possible, Flotron Engineering capitalizes on existing designs and technologies to minimize risk and cost. www.flotron.com

  5. Flotron’s proposed solution and the customer’s requirements are captured on a proposal drawing for customer review and signoff prior to beginning fabrication. www.flotron.com

  6. Flotron has the capability to perform proof load and acceptance testing services in house and we can provide a proof load test report as a deliverable. A page is added to the proposal drawing with the proof load test setup, including the payload simulator mass and CG information. www.flotron.com
