Mr. Layman is the former principal partner of North Augusta golf and country club. In a vision where experience and a innovation to come together ,and layman custom homes is bringing a unique brand to the Augusta home building market. Augusta u2013 based Fred Layman Ventures, (FLV), was founded in 1999 when Fred Layman purchased his first tennis, and swim club, the Forest Hills Racquet Club. Since then, FLV has owned, operated, and consulted on more than 20 public and private facilities, including country clubs, business clubs, multi-sports clubs, and health clubs.
