Scuba Diving Gili Islands - Indonesia ½ Day Experience – PADI Discover Scuba Diving The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience (DSD) is a half day experience offering non divers the chance to experience the underwater world. Participants do not need to know how to swim and can expect to be able to gain an underwater experience easily, quickly and in the safest possible way. During the experience, participants will take part in a dive to a maximum of 1 meters. 3 Day PADI Open Water Diver Course (OWC) The PADI Open Water Diver Course is a 3 Day certification course and prepares no divers to become qualified scuba divers to dive anywhere in the world to a maximum of 18 meters. During the course students will take part in knowledge (classroom), confined water (swimming pool) and Open Water (ocean) training sessions. The purpose of the PADI Open Water Diver Course is to certify divers and provide the necessary skills and knowledge to dive independently (with a buddy) in the safest possible way. 2 day PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course (AOW) The Advance Diver Course teaches already certified divers more skills necessary to improve diving habits. The program is made up of 5 specialty area Adventure Dives. To obtain the advanced certification students must take the Deep and Navigation Adventure Dives and can than pick three or more other disciplines. Once certified Advanced Divers can dive in a variety of conditions to a maximum of 30 meters. 3-4 day Rescue Diver Course The PADI Rescue Diver Course teaches experienced diver’s methods of rescuing divers in water and providing the necessary after care once out of the water. Students will review knowledge, skills and emergency procedure and will be certified to assist in the unfortunate and unlikely event an accident or event takes place.
