1. Justin Sliney Experienced Banker Justin Sliney worked for Rabobank International for seventeen years as a trader and ultimately as Managing Director. His experience helped the firm and its clients through the 2008 financial meltdown in the United States and helped Rabobank adjust to the new, highly regulated banking industry. He left the firm in 2013 to begin working as a consultant and director for PPMT Strategic Group, a regulatory consulting firm offering services to smaller financial institutions and banks.

Following that market shock, he worked to immunize the bank from any losses resulting from Lehman’s collapse. Sliney earned DJ certification from Scratch Academy in New York City, a DJ training school started by Run DMC co-founder Jam Master Jay. He also attended the French Culinary Institute in New York in the evenings while working for Rabobank, completing all course requirements for first-year culinary students. He worked weekends as a prep cook at a pop-up restaurant in New York for a time.

4. Justin Sliney Art of Physical Fitness Justin Sliney is a banker, but he works hard to keep himself in shape and try his talent in many other areas as well. Early in his career, he worked as a chef after learning from master chefs at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. He is also a certified DJ after taking classes from hip-hop veteran producers at the Scratch Academy in New York. Sliney also works out regularly and puts in the effort needed to live a healthy and active lifestyle. According to Sliney, the key to staying in shape and building healthy habits for life is work a little at it every day. He doesn’t overdo it and he doesn’t let it interfere with his work.
