Preparation 3 cups steel cut gluten free oats ½ cup Quinoa ½ cup seeds mix ½ cup dry fruits (almonds) ½ cup walnuts 4 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 tablespoon salt ½ cup chocolate chunks Mix ½ cup dehydrated fruits Ingredients 10 minutes • Makes 3 servings
