Ingredients :Boneless Chicken Cubes : 500 gmGreen Yogurt: 1 cupKashmiri Mirch: 1 tbspGinger Garlic Paste: 2 tbspCoriander Powder: 1 tbspCumin Powder: 1 tspPepper Powder: 1 tspLemon Juice: 2 tbspOil: 1 tbspSaltMix everything well and let that marinate overnight.
Method :Preheat the oven at 180 C and place the chicken pieces on a silver foil for 35 minutes. Brush the chicken pieces with oil or butter by flipping the pieces halfway. Bake them on the lowest shelf for around 40 minutes and for last 5 minutes put them on the topmost shelf. Your chicken tikka is ready and you can serve it with lime.
