Gluten Free Pepper Chicken Recipe For making a pepper chicken first you would require to make a paste (onion + garlic + peppercorn + pinch of salt + 2tbsp water). Now take a pan and all some olive oil and pan-fry chicken, flip the chicken when it turns brown. Mix the paste with chicken pieces and cover the pan. Cook it at low heat and when the chicken is 80% done (after 20 minutes) add some garam masala and increase the heat to medium. After 5-10 minutes when chicken is perfectly cooked add some lemon juice and mix well. Your chicken is ready and you can eat it with rice or as a snack whichever way you like.
Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Recipe Take a bowl and mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & powder, xanthan gum, brown sugar and salt. Now create a well in the center of fry ingredients and add butter, eggs, water, dates paste and vanilla. Mix these until batter becomes soft and relatively thick. Now add shredded chocolate chunks. Transfer all these in a tin which is lined with some butter. Now sprinkle the chocolate chip on the top. After baking it for about an hour take out the cake and allow it to cool for around 30 minutes. Your chocolate cake is ready
Gluten Free Cookie Recipe Mix almond butter, vanilla essence, ground flax seeds, water, milk, baking soda, sugar and salt well. Note take the cookie dough will be a bit sticky. Apply some water on your palms and roll the sticky cookie into small balls according to your liking. Now take a tray lined with butter paper and place the cookies in it. Allow this to bake for around 15 minutes. Keep it for 2-3 minutes more when you see the cookie turning dark brown. Take the cookie out and allow it to cool otherwise it will break if you pick it. Hooray !! Your cookie snack is ready to serve now.
