Stirjustuntilblended. Spoonintogenerouslygreasedlargemuffincupsor 5-ouncecustardcups.Fillcupsabout 2/3 full.

  3. Blendtogetherthefillingingrediens:heatslighlytosofteroverlowheator in microwave.Drop o spoonful of filling on eachcoffeecake ;swirlthroughthebotterwith a knife.Bake at 250,20 to 25 minutes.Serve hot.
