  2. All' età di 24 anni entrò a far parte dei canonici regolari della cattedrale di Osma.

  3. San Domenico, è nato a CALAROGA nel 1170, ed è morto a BOLOGNA il 6 agosto 1221. Questa e la basilica di San Domenico a Bologna

  4. Nel 1212 San Domenico, durante la sua permanenza a Tolosa, dal racconto del beato Alano della rupe, ebbe una visione della Vergine Maria e la consegna del rosario.

  5. Fondò ufficialmente l' ordine Domenicano solo nel 1217 quando papa Onorio III acconsentì il loro modo di vivere.

  6. Nel 1215 diventò anche lui predicatore.

  7. Fece 4 viaggi, le principali città furono : Novara e Parigi
