Monitoring issue: PM Monitoring for Source Apportionment • Sampling: spatial and temporal distribution • Phase 1: 3300 PM samples (PM2.5, PM10, TSP) and 250 samples for POP • Phase 2: 3500 planned PM samples, 500 samples of gases (BTEX) and POPs • PM monitoring at remote sites • PM analysis: mass, water soluble ions, elements, EC/OC (BC) and POP with established QA/QC • Reconstructed mass • Receptor modeling: CMB8, PMF and others
PM2.5 in 6 AIRPET cities (2001-2004) USEPA 24h STD: 65 ug/m3 Annual: 15 ug/m3
PM10 in 6 AIRPET cities (2001-2004) US 24h STD: 150 ug/m3 Annual: 50 ug/m3
PM10-2.5 PM10 PM10-2.5 PM10 PM10-2.5 Annual average of source contributions to PM10-2.5/PM10

Control Devices Indonesia: A Multi Plate Reactor India: Photo catalytic Reactor China: Monolith Catalytic Materials Used for VOCs
Issue 3: Dispersion Modeling Tool for Air Quality Management
Impact of Management Strategies on Peak 1-hr O3 in Bangkok (UAM-V) VOC emission reduced NOx reduced VOC increased
Integrated Air Quality Management Issue Indonesia: Blood Lead Level Test 2005 Vietnam: Applying simple control device for brick manufacturing
Indonesia: blood Lead results 2005 201 students were tested, 57% had Pb in blood higher than WHO guideline
