ICT skills are necessary to support community development and employability Individualised learning designed and focused on ‘real’ tasks e.g. community-based websites, Youth Information Services Assessment by ‘stealth’ Learner achievement
Examples of Success • Community-based ICT Learning Network of 16 centres supported by the College • 1400 registered users of the centres • Supporting community websites – Greater Easterhouse Pathfinder www.greathereasterhouse.co.uk • Youth Access Project • East End Internet Radio project
