Categories of Qualitative Questions • Straightforward questions • Direct and factual • What is the most important thing you look for when buying a video game? • Structural • Think of the last time you purchased a video game. In order of priority, what were the three criteria most important to you?

Tell me what you were thinking as you prepared to go to the store, what you did once you got there, and what conversation took place with you and any of the staff before you chose your selection.
