RTO rules for bikes • While riding, you and your pillion rider should always wear helmets. • If your indicators are broken, or you do not have a rear-view mirror, avoid riding. • Avoid using your phone while riding. • Keep your bike's RC papers, PUC, and other important documents in digital or physical form.
