  5. Basic Truths (2) • The Bible does not say God makes you wealthy; it says He will give you the power to produce wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18).

Wealth is not achieved by chance, its not a gift …Rather it is achieved through deliberate actions taken in line with principles of wealth creation. Don’t wait on God … work on his principles.

  13. CREATING WEALTH (5) • 7 Invest Consistently 2, Cor 9:6 Wealth creation is a lifestyle. How do you invest what you have? Time, talent & treasure. Don’t just spend your time and treasure, invest them.

  14. Creating a wealth generating system • You can earn a living from what you do, It is the systems you create that will give you sustainable wealth. To create wealth you need to create systems that generate value; it is the value that attracts money. Don’t pursue money, create systems that attract money

  15. How do you bring the idea to life? (1) • What do you have? What’s the jar of oil in your house? How can you create value for others? • Successful businesses are built on viable business ideas. • A good business idea must not be a complex idea.

  16. How do you bring the idea to life? (2) It comes from identifying problems you can solve, or gaps you can fill, or people’s dreams you can fulfill. Make a list of them, match these with your passion and your skills. Narrow the list down to two or three.

What is your marketing strategy? What differentiates your business? Is there a large enough market segment that will value this difference?

  19. How do you bring the idea to life? (5) Is the thing that differentiates your product defensible? How will you raise start-up funds? What technology will you use? REGISTER Get relevant licenses are permits depending on your line and area of business.

(6) • Access Startup Capital • Wealthy Christians can be angel investors • BUILD… Plant the seeds Get to work and execute your plans. • You need to work the talk. Set milestones, monitor and measure progress. Review strategies and adjust where necessary. • Short term, long term, low hanging fruits

  22. What can the church do? • Lead the way • Education • Encouragement • Exhortation • Entertainment • Mobilization • Harnessing potentials • Ask for money?

  23. conclusion God’s promise of prosperity is authentic But it is not automatic…..There are principles and processes. If you work on them, they will work for you. Psa 66:10-12
