Choose to Breathe Pure Air • Reduce chemicals in your home. • Reduce chemicals in beauty products. Hairspray, dies, sunscreen, bug repellents. • Reduce chemicals in your garden. • Avoid smoke filled environments. • Avoid inhalants and gas fumes
Emotional Breathing • Anger: Shallow inhalation, strong exhalation. Muscle tension • Fear: Rapid shallow breathing. • Grief and sorrow: Spasmodic, sobbing • Impatience: Short, jerky breathing. • Guilt or self-judgment: Restricted suffocating breathing. • Boredom: Shallow lifeless breath.
