They observed many businesses caught in a cycle of endless planning around tech solutions, with grand objectives and distant deadlines, but lacking immediate action. They recognised a need to shift this focus, placing people and practical implementation at the forefront. Our mission At Horizon Digital, our mission is to simplify technology for businesses of all sizes. We are a team of passionate tech enthusiasts and innovators, applying agile ways of working to deliver technology solutions across state government, private sectors, and startups.
