These existing data entries provide empirically proven service and maintenance guidance. The expert system is easy to customize to your plant-specific needs and will grow day by day. DIVA® DYNAMICS Optimization of intervals (Algorithm Based) DIVA® DYNAMICS displays every one of your plant’s maintenance strategies in a single system. For each maintenance point, the DIVA™- Algorithm calculates a starting interval. Furthermore, the feedback of all maintenance activities optimizes the availability-controlled maintenance points. The result is predictable plant availability at declining maintenance and repair costs. DIVA® DYNAMICS Stock Optimization (Algorithm Based) Only a high level of transparency of all production and maintenance processes coupled with know-how on component behavior can lead to a higher OEE. In case of a production bottleneck or at indispensable special machines, a predictive maintenance strategy with a desired high availability can be selected. For uncritical, substitutable asset areas reactive maintenance strategies with low availability can remain in place. 6. 3 DIVA’s Component Library - the Expert System This library contains over 4,000 deposited components whose characteristics are based on 70,000,000 digitally evaluated availability data sets on component behaviour. Components of your production plant are either already in this library or can be easily individually integrated — DIVATM DYNAMICS fulfills the requirements of „life-long learning“. 4 DIVATM DYNAMICS Optimizes Your Maintenance Intervals Combining the desired availabilities you selected in Step 2 and the operating parameters of: operating hours, environmental parameters and component characteristics, one of our algorithms defines the starting maintenance intervals by means of the Mexis Availability Matrix. 9. Modules and Functions DIVA™ DYNAMICS already comes with a wide range of unique standard features that every good CMMS-System should have. The multilingual basis version is expandable according to your needs and desires. Master Data Module foot patrols, up-to-the-minute information concerning warranties, a preview of all outstanding maintenance work (Interval Preview) and many more functionalities will thrill your maintenance management as well as the plant management. All basic settings for later applications are carried out in this module. In the object structure, all systems and machines can be categorized as deeply as you like. All maintenance points will be linked to the knowledge database of the Component Library. The statistical data that is needed for the software process, e.g. type of orders, maintenance areas, SAP accounting areas, types of damage, causes and measures are deposited within List entries of the base data. In the Staff Submodule: main groups and sub- groups, teams, employees, contractors and hybrid forms with different roles and access rights are deposited. The Magazine displays all spare parts and consumables needed for the maintenance measures. They can be easily imported by an ERP- Interface or CSV-/Excel import. Maintenance Module Reporting Module Our Computerized Maintenance Management System has a technical approach, is user-friendly and self- learning. The Reporting Module supports the monitoring and analysis of defined objectives. Weak Point Analysis Module The Weak Point Analysis Module is freely configurable and supports new Automated Knowledge Work Technologies, intelligent Data Mining and Smart Analytics. Proprietary Smart Data can be generated out of Big Data. “Quick Win” is the magic word here. This module provides all important and necessary information on all displayable maintenance strategies: fix- time controlled, quantity controlled or availability controlled. The Check Lists display all planned checks and inspections for the entire plant or the selected business unit. Within the SIR Active List all work orders are displayed according to the same principle. The History mirrors the past maintenance activities of each individual maintenance point, which is a huge benefit for Audit and Quality Management. Standing Orders, strategic EVA Module The EVA Module optimizes spare part stocks based on the knowledge of their component behavior: “Stock Optimization with Availability Analysis“. The gained transparency on component behavior gained from this and on all related processes through DIVA™ DYNAMICS will help you to reduce current assets to a plant-specific, realistic necessary level. We have developed the Quantity Control Management Module exactly for this challenge. Using a traffic light system, each pressing tool can be assessed and evaluated at the component level. 12. Mobile Maintenance via App – DIVA® GO Paperless work is one of the main topics of digitization. Our newly developed App DIVA™ GO enables our customers to display all maintenance processes on their mobile device without having to print anything out. Easy and intuitive user interfaces on various mobile devices are custom tailored to each maintenance task. The web- based browser interface is suitable for all mobile devices and immensely reduces administrative hassle. The maintenance process of unplanned disturbances can be triggered and processed on-the-spot. In line with the motto, „a picture is worth a thousand words,“ users of DIVA™ GO can attach picture, video and audio recordings to each work order. Working hours and interruptions will be digitally recorded and necessary spare parts can be assigned to the work order by bar code scan.
