  3. Letter of Comfort Information The Letter of Comfort (MT799), also called "Bank Comfort Letter" is used when a buyer want to purchase a big amount of goods / products from their supplier. It usually applies for a large amount of commodity transaction and international trade. This Comfort Letter shows the creditworthiness and the financial capability of the buyer. Moreover, this Bank Comfort Letter doesn’t provide any assurance to the payment; but it can show that the buyer is financially stable to make the payment for the goods they want to buy.   4.  Buyer will submit the trade details to Bronze Wing Trading.  BWT will review the trading transaction between buyer & seller and will inform the concerned parties about the approval or rejection of their Letter of Comfort MT799 application.  Once the documents are approved, we will inform the client regarding the admin fee charges and sign the service agreement with them.  Then, once the admin charges are paid, we will start working on their transaction and will the send BCL draft for their review.  After receiving the approved BCL draft, we will ask the client to pay the issuance fee charges and to provide the other required documents.  Once the issuance fees are paid, we will instantly request our bank to open BCL on behalf of your company and in favor of your supplier.  This BCL is forwarded directly to your supplier’s bank via authenticated swift code MT799.
