  1. IAN RENNER OF FLORIDA - UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA ALUM Ian Renner of Florida has more than fifteen years of experience as a real estate investor. He began by purchasing an apartment building with several partners, and was able to buy them out after several years. Today he owns a string of other apartment and commercial buildings, and has a team to manage them all. He also has a Ph.D. in civil engineering, which he earned from the University of Florida.

He volunteered his engineering skills to an NGO and worked in several developing countries, and says that his proudest achievement there was building a footbridge that enabled children in a remote village to get to school during the rainy season.

Giving Back Ian Renner of Florida is a successful real estate investor who also holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Florida. Before going into real estate full time, he built a number of bridges around the United States, and also volunteered his services to an NGO that worked in developing countries. As busy as he is managing his investment portfolio, he still volunteers occasionally with that NGO.
