  3. It is Cloud Based: This is one of the biggest advantages of SharePoint Online and cloud means that it can be accessed from anywhere and at any time and also by using any web browser. This is useful for accessing the mobile devices. Using the cloud means that the storage space can easily grow as your business scales up and that you don’t need to rely on any physical servers.
