Challenges for MY OWN BAG Coordination between Germany and China Need to share issues Need to share information about events, public holidays Need to share reports (some confidential) Need to share all kinds of other documents Want to exchange information on vendors, suppliers, ... Documents are sent via email, often resulting in old document versions being used 2 employees in Germany travel 75% of the time Not always up to date on product information, promotions, and other things Unsure if they have latest versions of documents Documents on file share are quite unorganised Where can I find a file?
