  3. How to configure it in different Windows version? Below are the steps on how to set up ConnectSafe on Windows- a. Windows XP Open Control Panel from Start menu. Then choose Network Connections from Control panel window and select your present connection. Go to Properties on the General option of Connection Status window. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) by scrolling down and go to Properties. In the lower section of Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) window, type Norton ConnectSafe IP addresses after selecting Use the following DNS server addresses in the yellow box of this page. Exit from all windows after selecting OK.

Choose Use the following DNS server addresses and enter the ConnectSafe IP addresses displayed in the yellow box on this page from the General tab of the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties window, in the lower section.
