  2. About Leadership Practices Inventory® The Leadership Practices Inventory® is a one-day workshop led by DTP-Leadership, a Houston-based consulting firm. The workshop introduces the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. The Five Practices are based on The Leadership Challenge® developed by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner in 1980s that teach leadership principles and skills.

  3. The Leadership Practices Inventory® introduces its participants to the Five Practices: Model the Way Inspire a shared vision Challenge the process Enable Others To Act Encourage The Heart It also includes a comprehensive, online assessment instrument. The Five Practices

  4. The Leadership Practices Inventory® is a prerequisite to The Leadership Challenge® workshop. It too focuses on the Five Practices introduced in the one day workshop, and the results from the online assessment become the basis for reviewing and developing actions that strengthen leadership behaviors. Research shows that people whose leaders demonstrate the Five Practices are much more satisfied with their leader’s actions.
