As founder, chairman and CEO of ZetaRx, Dr. Kavanaugh successfully combined exclusive technological licensing from top institutions to place ZetaRx at the leading edge of immunotherapy for the treatment of cancer; he assembled a well-seasoned team and guided the clinical strategy.

He also co-founded a consulting firm called International Strategy Consulting Group with one of his former partners. However, even after establishing a stable career in private equity, Jack was not satisfied. He wanted to diversify his work into the science and medicine world so that he can serve more people.
