    68. Defines What - The basic concept of Utah Cares is to identify customer’s needs and what programs and services can assist the customer. Defines Who - The product consolidates resources into a single statewide directory that were previously kept in local service directories and resource lists. Defines Where – The eREP project has partnered with the State’s AGRC division in providing a detailed map of where each provider is located. (AGRC stands for Automated Geographic Reference Center if someone asks).Defines What - The basic concept of Utah Cares is to identify customer’s needs and what programs and services can assist the customer.
