What worries people about self-care locally? • Loneliness, isolation --- drug abuse, depression • Lack of purpose • Low self-esteem • Incorrect medication • Self imposed stumbling blocks (I can't do that) - lack of confidence • Full time caring position • Grief and loss causing ill health • Laziness?
