Hazard Area Analysis GIS Analysis Analysis Criteria : Should not be in the 100-year floodplain zones Should not belong to the soil types unsuitable for apartment housing construction Should be at least 500 feet away from the above 2 criteria Analysis Result : 119 parcels identified as suitable outside the 100-year floodplain zones (Overall soil type is standard for residential Housing construction.) GIS Analysis Residential Amenity Analysis Analysis Criteria Airport and Railroad Buffer Analysis : Should be at least 1 mile away from airport and railroad. Parks and Elementary Schools Buffer Analysis : Should be within half a mile walking distance to parks and elementary schools.
